Terms and Conditions

  • To qualify for your referral reward, a valid referral must be for a person, other than yourself, in a recruiting role; and must have a valid email, telephone number and company name.
  • Referrals will be accepted through the online referral form only. All fields are required.
  • We do not accept distribution lists.
  • The referral must be located in the United States.
  • Every referral that results in a new annual contract for ComputerJobs.com's employer service, within 12 months from the date of referral, is eligible for a reward.
  • One reward per referral will be fulfilled upon receipt of payment for the referral's third invoice of the annual service agreement, provided the ComputerJobs.com client's account is in good standing.
  • ComputerJobs.com.com candidate services do not qualify for the referral program.
  • When the same name is provided by more than one person, the first person to provide the name receives the reward.
  • No rewards will be provided for referrals that are already existing ComputerJobs.com contractual clients on the date and time of the referral.
  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The contact details provided on the online referral form will be used to contact the ComputerJobs.com client referrer to fulfill the reward.
  • It is the responsibility of the ComputerJobs.com client making the referral to let ComputerJobs.com know if their contact details change. ComputerJobs.com is not responsible for locating the person who made the referral if their contact details are not up to date.
  • The referral form can be used to update the ComputerJobs.com client or referral contact details. Use the contact fields to update the contact details and the comments box to let us know they are being updated.
  • In the event that the named merchandise is not available at the time of reward an equivalent item will be substituted.
  • Where there is a question about the validity of the referral, fulfillment of the reward remains at the discretion of ComputerJobs.com.
  • ComputerJobs.com retains the right to change the program details or cancel the program at any time.
